This machine is controlled by microcontroller and adopt frequency
conversion technology and can be matched with different type of
hand-driven flat knitting machine. It can be used to knit woolen
garment pieces, sleeve pieces, trousers, wraps and hats with such
materials like real silk, synthetic fibre, wool, acrylic, blended
spinning ,yarns and so on.
This machine has functions as follows:
Automatic widening ; automatic piece counting; automatic expanding
(while widening);automatic shortening (while hand
narrowing);automatic changing yarns with four colours; automatic
stopping for coarse knot and ending out.
There are six kind of knitting speed for choosing based on
different material and knitting width. frame head can reverse at
lower speed automatically while converting so the impact force is
slowed down to the greatest extent, and this make machine run
smoothly.
