by our company. This machine is controlled by computer program,
which can be used to automatically knit sweaters and clothing
attachments with such materials like cotton, hemp real silk ,wool,
polyester fiber, blended spinning and so on.
This machine has the automatic function as follows: changing yarns
with six colors, adjusting the fabric tension, controlling tuck and
work of high-butt needle and Low-butt needle, transposition of
needle bed, batching-up and draw-off, piece counting, automatic
stop for coarse knot and ending out etc The knitting speed can be
randomly adjusted according to the different materials and the
different knitting width. The traverse motion of timing belt is as
a driving way, so the back and forward motion of frame head can be
adjusted according to the width of fabric. You can knit square,
straight, vertical, interlock fabric, wool loom-state fabric and
some other regular jacquard fabrics according to the different
arrangement of the needles.
